Divisional Council Meeting (DCM): Lieutenant Governors conduct from three to ten Division (Presidents) Council Meetings. These meetings are designed to update, educate, and train officers as well as potential club leaders within the geographic region concerning district and International events and programs. Often service projects and social events are carried out in conjunction with these meetings

Governors Official Visit Organize club in participation of Kiwanis Governors visit to area. Visit to legislature if in session, lunch and dinner
Installation Dinner Outgoing President organizes the event held as close to the last Thursday evening in Sept as possible.
